The Kiawah

The Kiawah hot tub packs a punch for it's size, making it perfect for compact spaces. With two adult sized loungers and one seat, this is the perfect spa for two people, but can cater for up to three. It’s small size isn’t at the detriment of features, with 64 jets powered by two 3HP pumps.

In addition, the Kiawah has a Bluetooth sound system, the Ozone water clarifying system and premium LED lighting and is also compatible with a Wi-Fi app based remote control (the Balboa Wi-Fi module can be purchased separately).

This hot tub is manufactured with the industry leading Aristech Acrylic and is available in three acrylic color options, Midnight Canyon, Sterling Silver and Odyssey and wrapped with grey side panels.

10-year warranty on the shell structure of the spa

The warranty extends to the structural integrity of the spa shell against water loss due to defects in the
material or workmanship.

5-year warranty on the shell surface of the spa

The warranty extends to the shell surface of the spa against blistering, cracking, and delamination. **

3-year warranty on Control box, display module and heater

The warranty extends to the display and the spa control box against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not extend to fuses, bulbs and gaskets.

3-year on pumps

The warranty extends to the jets and circulation pumps against defects in materials and workmanship.

2-year warranty on plumbing

The warranty extends to the plumbing against leaks from fittings, pipes, drains, joints, internal plumbing, bonded parts, jet housings.

2-year warranty on the cabinet of the spa

The warranty extends to the cabinet against cracking, peeling of the surface, due to defects in the material or workmanship. Fading and weathering of the surface will naturally occur over time and is not considered to be warrantable defects. Please be aware that damage to panels incurred by misuse is not warranted.

2-year warranty on the ozone generator

The warranty extends to the ozone generator against defects in materials or workmanship.

2-year warranty on the audio system components

The warranty extends to the factory installed audio components (i.e. power supply, speakers, wires, etc.) against defects in materials or workmanship. This includes Bluetooth modules.

2-year warranty on LED lights

The warranty extends to the factory installed LED lights against defects in materials or workmanship.

2-year warranty on the thermo cover

The warranty extends to the thermo cover against defects in materials or workmanship. Please be aware that damage to covers incurred by misuse is not warranted.

2-year warranty on plastic components

The warranty extends to the filter housing, pillows, diverters, waterfalls, cup holders. Defects due to water chemistry are not covered.

2-year warranty on Jets

The warranty extends to the jets against defects in materials or workmanship, this does not cover jets failing due to lack of maintenance and poor water chemistry.

** Any damage found must be reported within 30 days with images. Any damage not reported and
in time worsens maybe rejected.

The estimated delivery time will be 1-2 weeks from the time of order. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate additional fees to the carrier.

All hot tubs are shipped via tractor-trailer. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Delivery to remote areas including islands will incur additional charges which are the responsibility of the member. If you have any delivery concerns, please contact us at 843-571-9661 to verify delivery success prior to placing your order.

Your street must be free of any obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer. The street must be well maintained and in good condition, including rural roads.

- The delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery time window.

- Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

- The driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.

- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to the driver's departure.If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process, or you may refuse the delivery.

Spa’s Warranty is void if the spa is moved to any location that is not the original ‘Ship To’ address. Please review all exclusions on the warranty page.*Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.

Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up. Unless White-Glove Delivery and Installation is purchased, Lowcountry Spas is not responsible for moving the hot tub after delivery, or any costs associated with connecting or disconnecting electrical wiring, or any other cost involved with moving the unit.
