We ask that you compare the items you received with the items that are listed on the delivery receipt. If everything has arrived and is in good condition, sign the delivery receipt, which the driver will give you a copy of. If items are missing, please notate this on the delivery receipt and contact us, who will verify those items will be shipping to you.

All missing items must be reported within 72 Hours of delivery. If your spa arrived damaged, refuse the delivery only if the acrylic is damaged or the damage is extreme. If damage is limited to the spa cabinets or cover, do not refuse delivery. Be sure to notate the damaged portion of your items on the delivery receipt and notify your sales representative, so replacement items can be procured. Photographic evidence of the damage is required to procure replacement items.
